01 · Wholesale
Wholesale
Our wholesale range comes from our current collections: women's dresses, kaftans, sets and separates, men's shirts and shorts, swimwear and sarongs. We design every print ourselves.
- Ready stock from current collections, while it lasts
- Minimum 12 pieces per style
- Larger quantities can be made to order
- Repeat and seasonal orders for regular stockists
- Buy a sample first. We take the sample cost off your first wholesale order.
Prices depend on the style and quantity. Ask us for the password to see the full price list. PIA × Forever Polynesia pieces are not sold wholesale.
02 · Custom manufacturing
Custom Manufacturing
Send us your design, a reference photo or a brief. If you have tech packs, we work from them. If you don't, we can prepare them with you. Our Bali team and production partners handle sampling and production.
Change one of our styles
Start from a Forever Polynesia shape and change the fabric, colour, print, length or trims. Sampling is quicker and pricing is simpler.
Make a new product
Build a garment from your own design. This needs pattern making, samples and fit changes before production.
- Products: resort dresses and kaftans, sets and separates, men's shirts and shorts, swimwear and sarongs
- Fabrics: viscose, rayon and cotton for resortwear, recycled polyester for swimwear. Availability and minimums vary.
- Prints and colours: your own colourways, or prints made for your project
- Branding: your labels, hang tags and packaging
- Samples first: you approve a sample before bulk production starts
We quote minimums, prices and lead times for each project. If we can't make something well, we'll tell you at the start.

Design & Product Development
Have an idea that isn't ready for production yet? The team that draws our prints can help you turn it into a product we can sample, price and make.
We can help with any of the steps below, or all of them.
1. Concept & range plan
Decide which pieces to make and how the collection fits together.
2. Prints & patterns
Original artwork and repeats, including hand-drawn prints.
3. Shapes & details
Silhouettes, trims and finishes made for warm weather.
4. Fabric choice
The right fabric for the product, the price and how it will be worn.
5. Samples & fit
We make samples and adjust them until the fit is right.
6. Tech packs
Clear specifications so every production run comes out the same.
Some steps are done by our in-house team and some by our production partners. We'll tell you which is which. Scope, cost and timing are quoted per project.
04 · Private label
Private Label
Some Forever Polynesia styles can be made under your brand name, with your labels and packaging. We can adjust colours or prints where it works. Before anything is agreed, we confirm which styles are available, what can change and the minimum order.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Ready-stock wholesale starts at 12 pieces per style. For private label, custom work and new development, the minimum depends on the product, fabric and print, and we quote it per project.
Can I order existing styles in bulk?
Yes. The wholesale catalogue lists the styles available. Ready stock depends on what we have, and larger quantities can be made to order. Lead time depends on the quantity.
Can I mix sizes and colours?
Tell us the size and colour split you need and we'll confirm what's possible for each style.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Wholesale buyers can buy samples, and we take the sample cost off the first wholesale order. For custom and development projects, sampling is included in the quote.
Can you develop a custom print or design?
Yes. We draw all our own prints and can do the same for your project. We agree feasibility, fees and usage rights before we start.
Do you offer private-label production?
Yes, on selected styles. For each request we confirm which styles, what can change, branding options and the minimum order.
Can you help develop a product from scratch?
Yes. We can work with you from the first idea through design, fabric, sampling and production prep. Some stages are done in-house and some with our production partners.
How much does custom development cost?
It depends on how many styles you need, how complex they are, the prints, the fabric and how many sampling rounds it takes. We send a quote once we've seen your brief.
What are your production lead times?
It depends on quantity, fabric availability and whether you need samples. We confirm the timeline in your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For trade orders, we confirm the shipping method and cost with your order.
