Return Policy

At Forever Polynesia, we are committed to providing garments of high quality and thoughtful craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

Forever Polynesia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events

  • Final sale items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Items returned without original tags

  • Items returned after the return request period

  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings or swimwear. 

These conditions ensure that all products remain in pristine condition for our customers.

Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Provide the order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Forever Polynesia cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items will undergo inspection upon arrival. If the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy, the appropriate resolution will be processed.

Forever Polynesia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the policy requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Supporting photos may be requested to verify the issue. Our team will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Policy Changes

Forever Polynesia reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.

Store Exchanges


Bali Boutique:
Due to the nature of holiday shopping, all exchanges must be addressed within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept refunds. 
All exchanges must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, we will not accept tampered or worn goods. We cannot ship out exchanges to our traveling customer's home countries. 
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges on earrings or swimwear.
